BBQ Fair

A huge thank you to everyone who supported our BBQ fair this year, it was a really lovely day for staff, parents and children. We were also very lucky with the weather. Thank-you to the fair committee and all who volunteered on the day. The BBQ fair raised around $66,000 HKD,  which will be spent further developing the outside area.

Please have a look at the photos from the fair here. A huge thank-you to Ruby for these beautiful photos.

Individual and Class Photos

We have today received the individual and class photos for all parents who returned their order forms on time. These photos will come home with your children. If you were late returning your form they may not be back in this round. Please follow up with Peter Inglis directly to find out when they will arrive.

Library Books

Please return all library books on Monday, no more library books will be given out after this Friday.

Christmas Concert

Next Thursday is our last day of term and our Christmas concert. We will begin the concert at 10.30 am and 2.30pm. Please come along and watch your children perform. Following the performance the children will return to class to change and can be collected from class or return on the bus as normal. Please let your teacher know if you will be taking them or if they will stay for the bus.

Birthdays and Allergies

Today we have had to send home some birthday cakes because they contained nuts. We really do not enjoy sending home cakes when a child has been looking forward to their birthday celebration in school. However, we have to prioritise safety over anything else. We have some children in school this year with very severe nut allergies, even a trace on the furniture can cause them to go into anaphylactic shock. Therefore, please, please remember that on your child’s birthday we will only accept small cupcakes for the children to share and they must not contain nuts. Equally, please do not send anything with nuts in for the Christmas and Chinese New Year party food contributions.
