We have an engaging collection of children’s books and resources in our library which is located on the back playground. The collection is always being reviewed and we aim to reflect the interests and backgrounds of our learners. Children will use the library with their teaching teams on a regular basis and learn different Information literacy skills while there, such as how to select a book and the difference between fiction and non-fiction. We love to hear from families about their favourite books and books special to different cultures which could be added to our collection.
The children will borrow books each week to bring home and the books are also borrowed by classes for in-school use.
