Please find the school calendar for Abacus Calendar for 2018-2019  here.

Influenza

As you are probably aware from the media influenza season is upon us and the EDB are monitoring the flu situation in kindergartens closely. Several kindergartens have been closed already. So far Abacus has had very few cases. However, we ask you to be extra vigilant please to prevent an outbreak at our school. If your child looks at all unwell please keep them at home. We would also appreciate you taking your child’s temperature each morning before sending them to school. We will also be taking temperatures on arrival to school.

If your child is running a high fever please take them to the Dr and ask for a flu test so that they can be diagnosed correctly and the appropriate medication given. We would appreciate it if you also keep us updated so that we can monitor the situation carefully. We will keep you posted if we have any more cases.

Library Books

A big thank -you to the parents who came and helped us re sort the library books last week. Your help was much appreciated.

On Friday we will have our Chinese New year concert. Children will perform some Chinese songs and parents are invited to attend. The concerts will take place at 10.30am and 2.30pm.
